Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar – Transfer to Nungwi
Upon arrival at Zanzibar International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to Nungwi (approximately 1–1.5 hours’ drive). Check in at Villa Kiva Boutique Hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. Families can relax by the pool, take a walk along the beach, or enjoy sunset views over the Indian Ocean. Overnight at Villa Kiva. -
After breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure in Nungwi.
Day 2: Nungwi Beach Leisure & Optional Activities The northern beaches of Zanzibar are known for minimal tidal changes, making swimming more accessible throughout the day. Families may enjoy beach time, sandcastle building, swimming, or optional activities such as snorkeling trips, dhow sailing excursions, or visiting the Nungwi turtle conservation area. Dinner at the hotel or at one of the nearby beachfront restaurants (optional). Overnight at Villa Kiva. -
Day 3: Optional Stone Town or Marine Adventure
After breakfast, the day is free for relaxation or optional excursions. Families may choose to visit historic Stone Town for a guided cultural tour, explore local spice farms, or take a half-day snorkeling or dolphin tour. Alternatively, enjoy a relaxed beach day at the hotel. Return to Villa Kiva for overnight. -
Day 4: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Zanzibar International Airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your 4-day family beach holiday in Nungwi.
